*If you are planning to rent a boat, the closest place to rent is SML Boat Rentals @ Mitchell's Marina! If you rent through SMLBR, let them know that you're a guest of Lake Retreat and you will be allowed to leave the rental boat at their docking facility during your visit. Mitchell's Marina is approx .25 miile from Friendship Cove.

Package includes bed sheets for all beds within the home (does not include sheets for pullout sofas or futons).
A Towel Roll for Each Person (based on maximum occupancy). Each Towel Roll Includes 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Wash Cloth, 1 Cosmetic Towel.
1 Bath Mat per Bathroom.
1 Kitchen Starter Pack - Dawn Dish Detergent, Sponge & Kitchen Towel

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
