There was food in the fridge in our room, mold in the window frames, dusty hallways, floor around the pool looked dirty/unkept, no towels in the pool area, definitely doesnt look like a hotel that is cared for. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone

Needs update

Friendly service. Hotel definitely needs to be updated. The bed sheets were very used and need to be replaced. Our room looks like it wasn't dusted. The curtain have holes. Breakfast was lacking. Eggs were terrible and we were told there were a lot of food options, which really only consisted of cereal and breads.

I chose this hotel because it was close to a hockey tournament we were attending. I had a king suite with the hot tub. The night stand had condoms in it from I'm assuming the previous occupants, the TV was tiny, and the pool and hot tub were not open which is why I got a hotel for the kids. The breakfast was what you'd expect. Other than that the hotel lobby was nice and neat and quiet. Easy access to the rest of the town

Pool was freezing as the heater was broken. The water was so dirty and cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Disgusting stains all over the carpet in our room. The toilet seat was broken. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was not stocked. Lobby and breakfast garbages were overflowing. The only saving grace was staff was friendly.

I chose this hotel because it's walking distance to the Tattersall distillery! The price was a bargain and it was a clean, safe and nicely maintained hotel.
