Large spider web in a corner, responsive to get rid of it. Room was run down for the price paid. Was a favorite at one time. Will not be staying there till brought up to date.

The property was neat and clean. Personal were very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly. The only downside was there was no elevator.

Disregard for Person with Disabilities

I booked a double queen for my daughter and I. I sent the hotel a message requesting a room on the first floor or a room next to an elevator, due to mobility issues because of my disability. I called the morning of, and verified my booking and room. All was good per the front. When we came in, they had swapped our room with someone else because the other person brought a dog. They had put us upstairs at the end of the hall, farthest away from the front door, where we parked. And they have no elevator. The room they gave us had one queen bed and a pull out couch, which has extremely uncomfortable. The guy who check us in was very kind and offered to help carry things, but it didn’t matter. They gave me a “discount” that was only a $3 difference. There was no correspondence prior to our arrival. Very mad.

Was in the area for graduation at University of River Falls, close & convenient where we needed to go, nice outside patio to enjoy the outdoors rooms could use upgrading as there was a musty smell to them & the mattresses were not comfortable rooms were not real sound proof but it worked for the 1 night we needed to stay.

Lost reservation

Hotel didn't have my reservation. I had my email confirmation and all supporting documents but no room. Hotels.com was no help. I found another hotel for twice ths cost and no help from Hotels.com. i suggest never using them agaun

The TV was so small...never stayed anywhere where the TV was that small. Looked like a computer monitor and we paid for a room with a jet bathtub. Should have had a much bigger tv. Also the bed was very bumpy.
