Welcome to paradise! Adorable newly renovated 12/24 canal house with floating dock and plentiful views of the water. Spacious yard on dead end street adjacent to vacant lots, and water frontage on 2 sides brings the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. Watch the pelicans, dolphins, sting rays, manatee, sea turtles and jumping fish from the spacious lanai or new large deck, or step out to the dock and throw your pole in. Deep water canal, minutes from the gulf, is perfect for boating or kayaking, with access to a floating dock (contact owner for docking reservation and rates). Enjoy the gorgeous views of the sunset and evenings at the firepit overlooking the canal (firewood not provided). Great restaurants, bars and entertainment are only minutes away.

Home is updated and very clean and comfortable. Canal access and docking for our boat was a requirement. You have to drive to a public launch not within walking distance. This forced us to bring an additional vehicle but not a deal breaker since we live about 70 minutes away. It does take some time to get out into the gulf from the house due to shallow waters and sea grass but I enjoy the ride.

Post Cruise Wind down

This home was the perfect resting place after our cruise. The outdoor space was perfect for the adults who wanted to rest outside but away from the sun in the screened in porch or the teens who wanted to fish off the deck. The location was great considering the main road leading to the property Tom you north to Crystal River for the manatee seekers or south to the beach. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close to the property as well. If we’re back in the area we will definitely look to rent this home again. Kim was so easy to work with and her neighbors in the community were friendly as well!

Family Time in Hudson

This home was comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as well as the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Very nice clean place. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Very nice water and dryer and dishwasher too, all seemed practically new. Loved the deck and lanai and my family enjoyed fishing off the fishing dock. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, we cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed including seasoning. The only complaints we have are the small hot water tank and the air conditioning. With 8 people we really had to stagger our showers so we all had hot water and the air conditioning seemed to be controlled somehow, we were unable to lower it below 73 at night and it was quite warm when trying to sleep. Definitely would stay again and recommend it, the price can’t be beat.

Nice Place With Lovely Porch

Good location for restaurants and stores. Very nice view from the large screened porch. We mostly rented this place because it was near friends and plenty of golfing nearby. As someone previously mentioned the stairs to the back porch are steep and the doors swing open so there is no immediate railing to grab. That wasn't a problem for me but my older sister had difficulty. The light bulb was missing out of the master bedroom bed side lamp. Most of the tv remotes needed batteries and weren't functioning properly. All the wall clocks needed batteries as well. This place has a cute seaside decor and was well stocked with paper products. My biggest complaint was they left me 2 dishwasher pods for a 5 night stay. I normally hand wash dishes on vacation when it's just me and my husband but this time was 4 people and I really needed the dishwasher.

This was a can't miss property. The large deck made relaxing in the evening fantastic. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we had an amazing time. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely rent from Kim again.

The house is exactly as shown, they also went out of their way and provided us with a few poles, which my 10 yr old loved! We loved the location. Your not smack dead in town, but close enough to everything. Being on the canal was great! Wish we could've stayed longer.
