Cozy 3/2 home in a quiet neighborhood with deep salt water canal in the back, come and enjoy the most beautiful sunset from you private lanai, while doing you prefer steak in our private BBQ, bring your boat/kayak/canoe to explore our amazing coast line. You can relax with our 120” home theater screen seen you favorite movie/show thru our free WiFi.
This home offer up to 5 parking spots including 1 for a trailer.
Lot of restaurants near by where taste Florida’s fresh sea food. The boat lift is only for owner use, please understand its set up for specification to our boat, you can park your trailer/boat in our property there is free public ramp 5 minutes away.
We have private gym for you (AC temperature control) to burn your calories, if you want to, during your stay located in a separate building that include a threat-mill, stationary bike.

family medical stay

Great experience with locals and walking neighborhood. Was close to our medical facility which brought us to the area. Enjoyed the home and features especially the outside deck! Would return in the future.

Gorgeous getaway

The house looks exactly like the pictures. Big, open and beautiful. The kids enjoyed the movie room. The outdoor area is so peaceful and perfect. Close to many good restaurants, tons of shopping, all the springs and beaches.

Waterfront home

Beautiful home right near the water and also near many great attractions, golf courses and excellent restaurants. This home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, very comfortable, and very well equipped. We loved it and had a wonderful time. The host, Jesus, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
