Great spot with access to the Gulf!

Really enjoyed our stay and the host was awesome with communication. A few things we wished were available: a larger boiling pot, hose reel near boat dock(had to move one to freshwater rinse boats), ice maker(fridge ice maker only made 7-10 cubes whole time), and fob or key to launch boat in the community being it had a gate. The location is great! Pool was nice and had adequate nice loungers and a huge picnic table. Dock was able to accommodate at 23’ Bay Boat and 18’ Flats boat on side. A great feature was also having a few blow up mattresses for our toddlers. House was well stocked, nice comfortable living area, however the downstairs main room with poker table lacked a/c and was very hot. The queen bedroom downstairs was also warm. Overall our stay was really nice and would stay here again for sure! Thanks!

Amazing Home!! Gorgeous views!!

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The view was beautiful! Communication with property manager was excellent and he was great about replying!!! We definitely plan to stay again. At the last minute we decided to stay another night and he was more than accommodating!

Perfect Respit

We were working in the area and Ron's home was the perfect spot for relaxation after work. We caught some fish, saw dolphins and manatees. The home was very clean and fit the description to a "T". I look forward to staying there again in the future!

Dream family stay

Had to get a second house last minute and this house was perfect. Tons of space, huge kitchen, amazing outdoor area, and a great space to unwind at the end of the night in the living room. The pool is where we spent most of our time, the outdoor area was awesome. Breakfast was very easy in the kitchen with a ton of space and all appliances we could’ve needed. The reclining couch at the end of the day to watch a movie on the huge TV was a great way to unwind before bed. We had an awesome stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
