THE SPACE
The Vine is a single-story boho cottage designed around one thing: that deep exhale you take when you finally stop moving.
Guests consistently tell us the space is bigger and roomier than they expected — and stocked with things you didn`t know you needed but loved having. The wine bar sets the tone from the moment you walk in — a beautiful decanter, a full cocktail set, and a curated selection of wine books. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a lazy morning coffee to a proper farm-to-table dinner, with a 3-way brewing system (single serve, full pot, or Nespresso) and a milk frother that guests tell us they can`t stop using. We`ve even had a guest bring a private chef — who complimented the kitchen. That`s the kind of fully stocked we`re talking about.
BEDROOMS
King bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed in the second. Both styled in warm wood tones, earthy textures, and the kind of layered comfort that makes it hard to leave in the morning.

LIVING SPACE
A record player with Bluetooth compatibility, board games, three Roku TVs with guest mode (no account login needed — just stream and go), yoga mat and dumbbells for morning workouts, and seating built for lingering. We ask that you look after your pets and use the blanket provided to protect the furniture (one is included in your Pet Welcome Kit).

GUEST ACCESS
You`ll have full access to the entire single-story cottage, including both bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and private backyard with hot tub, fire table, fire pit, and grill. Check-in is seamless via smart lock — your personal access code will be sent prior to arrival. Parking is directly in front of the cottage.

HOST INTERACTION
We`re always just a message away. We give guests their privacy and space to fully enjoy the property, but respond quickly to any questions or needs that come up during your stay. You can expect to hear from us before arrival with everything you need for a smooth check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Late check-outs are available by request only, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
The hot tub is available year-round and maintained regularly — please allow some time for it to reach full temperature after activation.
The Still, our second property, is located at the front of the property with its own private entrance, yard, and hot tub. Guests of The Vine and The Still share only the parking lot.
Exterior security cameras are present on the property for guest and property safety.
We are pet-friendly but ask that you look after your pets and use a blanket to protect the furniture (one is included in your Pet Welcome Kit).


TRAVELING WITH A BIGGER GROUP?
The Still, our speakeasy-inspired cottage with its own private hot tub, is right on the same property. Each cottage has its own private entrance and backyard — your group stays connected but everyone gets their own space. Shared parking lot makes arrivals easy. Book both together for 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 hot tubs — perfect for groups up to 12.

A $250 security deposit will be automatically charged to your card at check-in and released within 2 days of checkout, provided no damages are reported.
