With its open-plan design, our holiday apartment on the first floor awaits, ready to become a cozy nest for one or two people. The special feature of the Cuckoo's Nest: the west-facing balcony overlooking the Breg River. An apartment perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, short breaks, gourmets, and stargazers. Approx. 50 sq m, fully equipped kitchen, living area with two armchairs, comfortable bathroom with window and shower/WC, sleeping nook under the stars (1 double bed 180x200), flat-screen TV in the bedroom and living area, furnished balcony with west-facing views, washing machine/dryer, iron, etc. in the shared laundry room in the basement, electric vehicle charging station at the house, free parking (the house is only accessible via stairs!), cozy warmth thanks to an eco-friendly pellet heating system, information folder with excursion tips, restaurant recommendations, and regional insider tips, non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed, allergy-friendly
