It is also next to a toboggan and children's playground.
You will find in the residence "Les 4 soleils" a small U supermarket, 2 shops for rental and sale of ski equipment, many restaurants, a bread / pastries / tobacco shop, laundromat, etc.
To park, you will find many places in front of the residence and some behind (entrance of the residence).
The residence is located a 2-minute walk from the cinema and the sports hall, 5 minutes from the avenue des jeux (swimming pool, skating rink, shopping district) and 5 minutes from Viel Alpe (historic center).

The apartment is 28 m² + a glass loggia of 3 m² and also has a ski locker.
The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable living room (2 corner sofas, 102 cm TV and coffee table) and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine - crockery, coffee percolator + filter coffee, kettle, fondue and raclette, mixer, beater).
The apartment also consists of a small bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage.
WC and shower are separate. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.
