Come stay in this 15th-century house in the small town of Huillé, between Angers and La Flèche. You'll be 10 minutes from the town of Durtal and all amenities, and 30 minutes from Angers.

You enter the cottage through the small turret housing the grand spiral staircase leading to the two levels of the house.

On the first floor, you'll find a 30m² living room with a chaise longue and armchairs, a working open fireplace, and a dining area. Next to it is a lounge with two armchairs and a television with classic channels and some internet channels, followed by the fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, oven, and gas stove. Also on this level is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

By taking the large spiral staircase, you arrive on the second floor, which features two large bedrooms: a first bedroom of 20m² with a 140x190cm double bed, and a second bedroom of 16m² with two 90x190cm single beds.

Outside, access to the garden from the kitchen includes the garden furniture, deck chairs, and an electric griddle. The garden is not fully enclosed.

[CYCLING STAY] Easily reach the banks of the Loir River, 600m away, for bike rides or walks. The "Loir Valley by Bike" cycle route passes right by the cottage. Places to visit nearby: Durtal Castle, overlooking the Loir River, and the ceramic artisan workshops in this region renowned for the quality of its clay. The famous Rairies terracotta tile factory is located 10km away. For leisure activities, get some fresh air in the Chambier Forest, 5 minutes away, or take a dip in the supervised swimming area of the Loir River in Villevèque. Also enjoy numerous outdoor activities in Morannes-sur-Sarthe, 20 minutes from the cottage: canoeing, paddleboarding, bike or quad bike rentals, orienteering, and more.
