The house is close to Hull University and has excellent bus links to the city centre. The vibrant areas of Newland Avenue and Princes Avenue are both within easy walking distance, offering a fantastic choice of trendy bars and restaurants. The house has a washer/ dryer, dish washer, ironing board & iron, Fridge, oven, toaster and more. Guests can help themselves to use these whilst they stay.
