Located on a private road in Holme-next-the-Sea, this comfortable property has a cosy sitting room and a beautiful sunroom that doubles up as the dining room. It's an easy walk to the beach and nature reserve and there is a private bridge directly onto the marshes from the wonderful large garden.

Tanholt is a detached bungalow located on a private road which leads to the NWT Nature Reserve. It has a wonderful large garden to the rear which is fully enclosed, perfect for dogs and children. At the bottom of the garden is a private gated access to the marsh. You can literally walk for miles from your doorstep here.

Inside, the bungalow provides very comfortable accommodation for five guests. There is a cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen and a large sunroom which doubles up as a dining room stretching the width of the rear of the property. There is a double, a twin and a single bedroom, all served with a generous shower room.

There is a large gravelled parking area to the front, where the views again are lovely. At the bottom of the garden there is private access to the marsh and the small bridge is gated. The wildlife here is incredible, and you are within easy walking distance of the beach and nature reserve – just perfect!
