The Space:

The property is centered around a comfortable Southwestern-style adobe main house, with the optional casita and bunkhouse available for groups needing more space. This flexible setup allows couples, families, and extended groups to reserve only what they need—while still enjoying access to the river and the peaceful acreage that makes the retreat feel private and unforgettable.



Step inside the main house to a warm, character-rich living space featuring a cozy sectional, chairs, smart TV, and wood-burning stove—perfect for winding down after a day on the water. The Southwestern-style kitchen ties the space together with natural wood cabinetry, Talavera tile, cool concrete floors, Keurig and drip coffee options, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy casual meals at the built-in banquette for six or gather around the formal dining table for six in the adjoining dining room. Just outside, the back patio offers a picnic table, comfortable seating, and a grill—ideal for evening cookouts and late-night stargazing.



For guests wanting more privacy, the charming casita provides a quiet escape with its own small living area, kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge, Keurig/drip coffee maker, and a dining nook—perfect for morning coffee or remote work. The unique octagonal adobe bunkhouse adds extra sleeping space, complete with bunk beds, a smart TV, sound system, and windows on every side that flood the space with sunlight. Just outside, hanging chairs invite guests to sway in the breeze and unwind.



Lounge at the river’s edge, explore the property, sip wine under the oaks, or gather around the fire pit or grill with seating for stories and s’mores, and there's direct river access makes floating and fishing both easy and memorable. This property comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 separate buildings.



The main house sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 is wheelchair accessible and includes a queen size bed, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible through the laundry room.



The Casita sleeps 2 guests in 1 private bedroom.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed and patio access.



The casita also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a composting toilet.



The Bunkhouse sleeps 6 guests between 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.



The bunkhouse also includes a smart TV and a full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

- Driveway and stall parking for 8 vehicles available.

- This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

- Please clean up after your pet outside.

- With all three buildings included, the property can accommodate up to 12 total guests.

- IMPORTANT NOTE: The property sits approximately 50 feet above the Guadalupe River. Stone steps with chain railings provide convenient and scenic access to the river.

- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

(1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front of the house.

(2) located at the carport and actively monitoring the parking area.

(3) located at outside the back bedroom sliding door and actively monitoring the exterior perimeter of the back side of the house.

- Long-term stays allowed.
