You cannot fault the customer service all staff are so helpful nothing too much trouble.
Menu needs updating not great evening meal choices. Also lots of people come to the lounge for work meetings which as a paying guest felt that this is unacceptable as in the morning the noise level was unbearable 3-5 small groups having meetings talking loudly on phones etc so nowhere peaceful for guests residing here.
I also mentioned the leisure facilities are fantastic but the shower drains in ladies changing rooms need deep clean as the smell is very offensive.

Gym closed
Publié le 20 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWorking away in St Neots, booked this hotel purely for the gym, gym was closed for refurbishment, it would been more then helpful if Hotels.com stated this on the listing. Hot tub also out of action. Room was tidy and had a great sleep, just shame about the gym etc.
