Thanksgiving

Needs a thorough cleaning
Posted Oct. 17, 2022 on HomeAwayUnit was very dated, barely any kitchen utensils, no soap provided in the kitchen, very little toilet paper (had to bring our own) no towels, no linens, one very thin, small garbage bag which was unusable. Fireplace didn’t work. We called our contact who returned our call (after 2 messages from us) said they’d send someone but no one showed up.
The only thing we enjoyed was the view out the sliding doors - that we couldn’t lock

Sorry you to hear your stay was not to your exception. Our listing clearly states that our guests are required to provide their own linens, towels and toiletries. The fireplace required the technician who was unavailable that weekend and was thereafter serviced.

Great getaway

I tried to follow the instructions and start the dishwasher upon checking out, only to find that the dishwasher door wouldn't stay shut. i couldn't turn the machine off after it started and water was leaking out. I managed to get the machine off by pressing the off button really hard.

The pans need to be replaced. We could use basics like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap which I was surprised they didn't provide. There could be more instructions as to what to do with garbage on the info sheet in the unit. I could not find the garbage bin. For out of towners, it is a bit of a hassle to bring your own sheets/bedding but I can understand due to Covid times.

The unit is spacious and clean. The check in and out is very easy. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Frank!

Great winter fun!
Posted Mar. 10, 2022 on HomeAwayWe had an absolutely terrific stay , the place was larger than expected , bright , clean and Had a great view off the deck. Frank was very quick to reply when we had a question and was a pleasure to to speak with. Look forward to staying there next winter
