Amazing modern waterfront condo perfect for couples & small families looking for a getaway from the city. Unobstructed views of Fairy Lake with onsite swim dock, walking & hiking trails. Two 18 hole championship golf courses two minute drive away. Five minute drive to Hidden Valley ski hill , Deerhurst Resort amenities, and Huntsville Town Centre shopping/restaurants. Ten-minute drive to Arrowhead Provincial Park and 30-minute drive to Algonquin Park
The space
Condo is modern, fully equipped, and is part of a very unique 20 unit boutique lakeside complex with many amenities steps from your doorstep.
Other things to note
Please enjoy our fireplace in the cooler weather!
A couple of things to note when using the fireplace;
1) VERY IMPORTANT:
- Make sure the flue is "OPEN" before starting a fire.
- Pull handle inside fireplace towards you to "OPEN" position
2) Burn only ONE pre-wrapped fire log at a time, no natural wood pls.
3) We provide one 3-hour log per day during your stay, if you wish more you will need to purchase them, they are available at Canadian Tire / Metro in Huntsville
4)A butane fire starter is located in kitchen utensil drawer

Our gas BBQ is available only in season (May thru October)

***Please also note that our unit is frequently occupied and that our 3rd party cleaner looks after many units in our area. As a result we are NOT able to grant late checkout requests past our 10 am posted check-out time for any stays. We hope you understand.
