I’d stay again

Check-in was a breeze. It’s an old building so doors are quirky. However the staff was wonderful and patient while I learned the “tricks.” I’d stay again if I needed to. The grounds were neat and clean for the most part.

Property said they our reservations but then once we arrived and checked in, they said they couldn’t accommodate our reservation. Tried to upcharge us. Stains on the bedding and couldn’t get into one of the rooms, ended up having to being refunded for one of the rooms.

Front desk agent was the lady with tattoos very very helpful gave me n my sister a late check out n was very understanding thank you 🙏

First room -room 155 In building number 2 Had roachs in it Baby one up to adult So I went to lobby and request another room Gentlemen Moved us to building number 1in front of hotel It was better but the shower drain was clogged and runs in the floor Was not a good experience Won’t stay at this hotel again Poor condition
