I reported a toilet that screamed when flushed for just under a minute, a tv that looked like every picture was in a fog and the reading light over the bed with no bulb so a finger could be stuck in it and get shocked. The lady at the front desk was properly appalled when she heard the video of the toilet.

The lady at reception when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in charge of breakfast kept the area very clean and would ask if you needed anything. Great hospitality from all those ladies.

The room was clean and spacious. But the layout was awful. The tv was in between the bedroom and sitting area in an awkward place which didn’t allow comfortable viewing from either area. Also the bathroom lighting was terrible. It wasn’t good for a lady to put on makeup.

Staff was extremely friendly!! I went for breakfast and was greeted, ask if I needed help, and even had a conversation with the lady. The room was very clean and spacious; I will stay here again if I am in the area.
