Het hotel op zich is uniek... leuk hotel alleen mogen de kasten proper zijn, waterkoker op de kamer was stuk en gordijn viel half af... verder geen negatieve opmerkingen

Very bad and too much lies there

It was very bad, and not true information in the website... and they changed me extra money 253 €. And it’s your mistake ( Hotels.com) because you have wrong information in your app so I need this money back

Jederzeit wieder

Es ist ein wundervolles Hotel, etwas abseits von Hurghada. Wenn man etwas von der Stadt sehen möchte, kann man problemlos für 5-10€ mit dem Taxi dorthin fahren. Ansonsten kann man sich auch wunderbar in dem Hotel beschäftigen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und die Leute sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit egal zu welcher Tages-und Nachtzeit.

Firstly what i didn't like was the location there is virtually nothing around and about at the moment. Twenty minute taxi ride away from airport. Internet photos give the rooms an appearance of being more cave like and plusher than they actually are. Only 2 bars and AI finishes at 11pm. What i liked very clean grounds, staff were lovely, pools were clean, food was good. Pool bar service was excellent.

hotel was awful, got an electric shock from the lamp beside my bed, told front desk, they laughed, sent the repairman out to look at it, he covered it up with electrical tape and told me "no problem", also lights in the room would flash on and off all night even though switches were off, a/c wired incorrectly too. bought a cocktail from the bar for €5, on checkout charged me for the same drink again and when i told them i had already paid they just wanted to argue with me. The man from the spa harassed us daily to the point of hiding from him, disco not working. Pool tables so bad you cant play on them, entertainment was lousy, nothing to do at night, all falsely advertised, dont go there.

Cuatomer service is killing them

The theme is amazing. The unique design of Bedrock w the Flintstones was genious. Unfortunately that was where it ended. It took 2 hours to check in. They were unhelpful, unknowledgeable of the expedia process's, and all around unhelpful. This was not a language barrier as my husband is egyptian. These folks speak arabic and german. The room was great. BTW no phone services and wifi as long as you are outdoors. if you want room service you walk to the front desk to request it, so why bother. The pools are beautiful but unheated. they all close at 5p so even though they are lit, no nightime swims. Our pool attendant was good w providing juice, water, and alcoholic drinks if requested. The Animation team was awesome. They provided water aerobic, stretching classes, and water sports like polo and volleyball. The night time shows were good local fun. The beach was nice to look at, clean, but the sea was full of jellyfish not the hotels fault, lol. The attendants were unfriendly and unhelpful when questions were asked. Meals are ok not spectacular. Same stuff everyday. We drove to town for McDonalds one night. The one shisha bar we had a horrible run in with the hotel manager. The bar was reusing the hose and there was water in it. My husband was not happy as you use plastic disposable hose for a reason you throw it away. The spa is awful btw no privacy doors are glass, no cloth for coverup so ladies wear a two piece bathingsuit. Prices are high. Customer service 😠

Smutsiga golv, dålig animation, 100m till havet verkligen börja, rekommenderar korallskor. Fick kramp i magen av maten.
