Our home is directly adjacent to a fitness center, community BBQ, and a pool and club house including a waterpark, lazy river, the largest private resort pool in the state of Utah, workout room, and additional amenities. HOME DETAILS

Sleeping Accommodations: Wake up in any one of our well-appointed 7 private bedrooms plus den. Included in the home: 5 king beds, 10 twin beds. If you are accommodating a large group, this place has 15 separate beds. With 2 people per king bed, you can sleep 20+ people. Through the City of Hurricane, this home has been approved to host a group of 20 people.

The living room has a central fireplace & large flat screen TV. There are sofas and end tables with a lamp. There is also a kids' game closet off this main living space and a collection of books.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 ("Arches"). Ground floor master bedroom, sleeps 2. King size bed, large screen TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private toilet area, tub, walk-in closet and patio off the sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 2 ("Zion"). Ground floor bedroom. Sleeps 2. King size bed.

Bedroom 3 ("Bryce Canyon"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom with shower. Has access to outdoor deck. Large screen TV.

Bedroom 4 ("Cedar Breaks"). Upstairs master bedroom, sleeps 2+. King size bed, walk-in closet, tub and shower and private toilet area. 43" TV.

Bedroom 5 ("Kolob"). Upstairs, sleeps 2+. King sized bed. Large screen TV. Private in-room access to jack and jill style bathroom with shower and tub. Separate private sink and vanity.

Bedroom 6 ("Snow Canyon"). Upstairs, sleeps 4. Two built-in bunk beds. Large walk-in closet. Play kitchen for kids.

Bedroom 7 (game room, "Goblin Valley"): Kids Loft, 6 twin mattresses, large screen TV. Arcade-style cocktail video table with 60 games including Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. Large windows look out the back deck and on to views of the pool / lazy river. Free pinball!

Bathroom Amenities: The 4 1/2 bathrooms include 2 walk-in showers and two bathtubs. All 4 full bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and hair driers. Let us know what you need in advance, and we will make sure you have it!

Gourmet Kitchen: This brand new kitchen includes all new appliances, a large pantry, kitchen tools, and dining service. Included for you: a full set of pots, a crockpot, salad bowl, mixing bowls, K-Cup Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, XL cookie sheets, hand mixer, BBQ tools, serving trays, roasting pan, serving platters, glass bowls, casserole dish, pancake griddle, blender, storage containers, high chair, knife block, cutting boards & more.

Entertainment: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies by logging on to any one of the 6 Smart TVs located throughout the house. The kids' dorm room also includes a cocktail table style arcade game with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and a total of 60 games, as well as a Guardians of the Galaxy, full sized arcade pinball machine set to free play. There is a ping pong table in the garage. Two washers and dryers.
