Our stay here was fantastic and the place was amazing. From the pool, hot tub, spacious living area, amount of bedrooms, amenities, kitchen, master suite, and proximity to Zion, there literally wasn't anything one could make it be a better stay.

Welcome to your dream getaway just 35 minutes outside Zion National Park! Our spacious and modern 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or groups looking to explore the stunning surroundings.
We came down for a girls weekend and were in love with this home! So beautiful inside and out! Definitely recommend this home to anyone staying down in the area.

Current heavy construction (excavation and loud work) will be completed by Christmas.
Starting in January, unit construction will begin and continue for about 6 months. This phase will be much quieter and will involve standard building work only (concrete, framing, finishing).

We had 4 families under 1 roof and it was the best time. The community pool is fun but having a pool right at the house was the kids' favorite!

We had a great time staying here! We didn't have to leave very often for entertainment because this house had so many things to keep kids and adults busy! We would definitely stay here again

We loved the place. It had everything we needed for our trip. Very large and comfortable place for a big group/family.

We stayed at this property with family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was a great place to hang out and enjoy cousins. We spent quite a bit of time in the heated pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool/spa heating is a separate fee of $80/night Oct - Apr and $20/night May - Sep and needs to be paid upfront (before your arrival). Southern Utah can get quite hot in the summer (up to 120 F) which can make the pool water uncomfortably warm when the weather is consistently hot.
