The family apartments worked well and bathrooms on both floors was nice. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean allover. Kids can use the pool area in two timeslots throughout the day and that worked well, as there was then plenty of space for the kids to play. The hotel was spacious despite fully booked during our stay. Only negative thing to say was a bit slow service in the ‘café’ where we waited 25 minutes to get ice cream for the kids for the dessert.

Great, more quiet location surrounded by nature and a small, quaint village. The property suited us well with clean accomodations, a nice breakfast buffet and ample parking with easy access to the Eguisheim Christmas market and also to Colmar. There is also a nice 1-mile hike up to see three castle ruins from the 10th-11th century. Ideal for driver’s to this area.
