Clean room & comfortable, but location a bit unusual being tucked behind other motel with road winding along and around other sheds and buildings before this Inn and parking lot appears.

The staff was pleasant, but the two rooms I stayed in were terrible. The first room had a faulty showerhead that fell on me while I was showering. It also slid down and would fall out, spraying water everywhere. The door kept locking me out, requiring key reprogramming or help from the front desk to access my room. After I had enough of the first room, they moved me to the second one. Unfortunately, sewage water backed into my bathtub while I was out for the day. I immediately contacted Expedia to get a refund, but they said they would have to contact the property. The property tried to move me to a third room, but I refused and told them I was leaving. Eventually, they refunded my next days’ stay, but not that day because it was “after check-in.” I didn’t argue because I just wanted to get out of the nightmare hotel situation I was in. It seems like charging someone for this situation is criminal, but what do I know?

The previous stay was bad. But we decided to give them another opportunity. This stay was a big improvement. The room was clean. The carpet had no big stains or any stains. The fridge and microwave were clean and in perfect operational status. The beds were nicely made. Bathroom was clean. The dresser and closet operated as it should. We will be back.
