The entire front lobby stinks to high heaven with cigarette smoke. This immediately set my asthma off and i had to use my inhaler. There are signs plainly stating no smoking. I'm not sure but i think it was from the guy at the front desk.

The bathtub has mold in it. The property outside is not presentable at all. Pretty much a dump. Back entrance doesn’t lock so no security. Would not recommend to anyone.

Parking lot well lit, breakfast very limited waffle with no butter, 2 kinds of cereal but no bowls, hallways smelled old but room was nice and clean. Hotel was in a good area with restaurants close by.

The room was decently clean. I liked that is had hard surface floors as we had a dog, so I felt it wasnt a room with soiled carpet. The breakfast area was okay, too. The grounds definitely could have some better upkeep. It looked weedy and unmanicured. It also smelled of stale smoke, but I think there were smoking rooms. All in all, it was a decent place to stay at the last minute of the state fair for a not-as-jacked-up price as the more favorable hotels.
