Not a whole lot to like. When checking in, the receptionist is using her phone to translate Spanish to English. 1 of our 2 rooms the door would not lock. We were told the lock needed new batteries and that they would have them the next day. So if we left the room anyone could have just helped themselves into our room. They finally gave us another room. My mother was staying in one of the rooms. During the night she had killed 2 cockroaches. One was in the tub, the other came out of the baseboard going up the wall by the air conditioner. Yes, the facility is old but no excuse for them not to vacuum the carpets in the halls. Overall, not satisfied. A lot could be done to improve.

Horrible. Room door didn't lock, entey door didn't lock either, room window left open so it was musty as it was a rainy day. Bathroom had dirty towel left on sink next to a nasty pocket knife. Staff was unfriendly and own hung up when we reached out to him.

Jacob, Jacob, Jacob, you can’t sleep in a room an next day at check out ask for a refund, that is not nice from you.

Went to Hutchinson for work and decided to stay at the Hutchi Bell. I have reduced mobility due to a poor knee and asked the staff if I could get a bottom floor specifically because I can't climb stairs very well. The staff was very understanding and offered me a nice room with a pool view. The room was cozy and clean. Definetely staying again in the future.
