Located close to Hvar on the south-west coast of Hvar Island, Villa Slavenka is a lovely beachfront villa with a private swimming pool. An excellent choice for family or friends, the villa is in a quiet location 10 metres from the beach and just 4.4 km from Hvar, where you will find a waterfront promenade, plenty of restaurants, museums, and night clubs, as well as boat trips to the surrounding islands and tours of the old town.

Villa Slavenka (300 sqm) develops over three levels (beach level, ground floor and first floor).

On the beach level, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and an outdoor lounge area.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a living room with access to the terrace, a dining area and well-equipped kitchen, as well as three double bedrooms (with king size beds and access to the balcony) and two bathrooms (with showers).

The garden is split over several levels and offers a private swimming pool (7m x 3.3m; depth 1.35m) with sun loungers, shady areas for relaxation and dining, as well as a private pier with a boat mooring (boats up to 25m), a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and steps into the sea for swimming. There is also a shallow beach (suitable for children) on one side of the pier.
