Hyams Beach family holiday home

This is a peaceful eco studio apartment perched above the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters at Hyams Beach.
Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, bbq area, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV.
The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.

Hyams Beach Eco Cottage is solar powered, uses solar hot water and rainwater for the washing machine and toilet, doing its bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which it is set. For the more active guests you have access to the Scribbly Gum and White Sands walking tracks in beautiful Jervis Bay National Park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the wildlife with birds feeding on the deck and kangaroos visiting the property regularly. The Hyams Beach Cafe/Restaurant is a short walk away.
Guests have exclusive access to the studio and BBQ area. Off street parking is available at the top of the driveway.The steep driveway is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people with significant mobility issues. A free late check out may be available if there are no incoming tenants that day.

Bill & Jenny’s place was well located and very comfortable for our few days at Hyam’s Beach. It is convenient to the beach and to some lovely bush walks, and a short drive to all the attractions of Jarvis Bay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a great location to explore the stunning Hyams Beach and Jervis Bay Area! The room was clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable and the views from the balcony amazing! It felt even more special to see two kangaroos on the front lawn at sunset! The bird food was a nice touch and was enjoyed by the cockatoo and king parrots who also stopped by to say hello. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!

Wonderful weekend away

Beautiful property, great location and stunning views. Had a lovely weekend away exploring Jervis Bay, and staying at the gorgeous Hyams Beach. Even though the property is at the front of Bill and Jenny’s home, you have complete privacy, which is a nice thing to have. Will stay again and will recommend it to friends.

So relaxing in a wonderful location

Perfect place in Hyams beach. Great view, quiet serene location. Compact unit with all we needed for a comfortable easy stay. Our hosts provided us with lovely extras, coffee, tea, breakfast cereal. Gorgeous beach and beautiful Jervis bay National Park were less than 5 minute walk. We loved our stay.

Amazing views, comfortable stay

We loved the accommodation and an amazing location. Everything was great, only limitation was Wi-Fi at some times restricting being able to watch TV, otherwise a perfect stay. We especially loved the views and closeness to Chinamans Beach. It was great to be able to cook using the kitchenette and wash clothes in the washing machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location

We loved this place for our Winter stay with its gorgeous north facing balcony. We walked the beaches and also enjoyed the bush walks all within 5 minutes from the property. We had a fabulous whale watching trip from nearby Huskisson too. The property was wonderfully cosy, quiet and clean - perfect for a couple wanting a relaxed few days away.

Perfect for couples getaway

My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights at Bill and Jenny’s place and it was perfect for us. The balcony gets sun nearly all day which was great in the cooler weather and it all has sea views. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything you needed for a few days stay. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.Just a note - the driveway is rather steep but you can park on the road.

Great spot to stay for a couple, a steep driveway to be aware of but we had no probs with it. A good kitchen, bathroom and a washer too. Just wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! Lisa
