Dirty Room and everything was falling apart in the bathroom. There was a no smoking sign inside but the whole time the room reeked of whatever the next door person was smoking. Absolutely horrible experience and not worth the amount of money we spent.

Not Handicapped friendly

Upon arrival asked if they had an elevator, they do not. Was given a 2nd floor room, they did offer to switch to a first floor if we could wait an hour to hour and half. The room had a narrow shower, uncomfortable and no handrails or safety accessories. Also, apparently now anti-slip on the floor. I suffer a fall in the shower causing bruising and pain to my right hip and buttocks. Asked if they had a Handicap room, they do not, not one in the whole motel. Seems to plenty of room to enlarge the shower and add some safety rails or other safety/handicapped equipment. Also, the exterior doors, although had key access modules, did not lock.. leaving the interior of the hotel wide open to the general public, this does not give a sense of security. .. worse it does not provide any level of security to your room and therefore your family.

Is a good place for couples jacuzzi very good but 2 things would be good and is a microwave in the rooms and a good smile from any staff at this place since even questions I made and no smiles not even looking at my eyes to respond.

I didn't like that someone painted over the jet adjusters for the jacuzzi. The switch in the tub to change to take a shower was broken it seemed wouldn't work properly. Also noticed tiles in the hallway were loose. TV reception was very spotty with limited channels. WiFi was also terrible, came in and out throughout my stay.

Comfortable enough - we would to this again

Relatively large room. Slept well. Seemed like an older property which has been cobbled together into a large 2-story U-shaped hotel complex. Bummed that there were no elevators. The night we arrived, there were some strange people wandering around the parking lot; not sure if they were other guests or what, but none of them approached or bothered us. Two surprises on arrival: an $8.50 "resort fee" I had to pay onsite and hadn't expected (but I went back and found it was in the fine print and the total was still what I expected), and a busful of senior citizens that kind of temporarily took over the entrance of the building. In the morning, we were greeted by the sound of gulls of other shorebirds outside, but guess that's part of the Cape Cod charm. We picked this place for our first night at Cape Cod because our plane to Boston arrived relatively late and this hotel has 24/7 desk service - that worked out well.

Mediocre at best

Could not get the internet to work with their WiFi. Stayed four nights and it worked the first night, but not the next three. Also, their TV system is wacky. It appears they have a dish system and the entire viewing experience interrupted shows constantly with freezes. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice fridge and coffee maker. Shower was excellent and was a walk-in. Nice, clean towels and facecloths. The front desk people are robotic and short on personality. Upon arrival I was charged a $34 resort fee that they said was not included in the hotels.com offering. This has never happened before and I have been using hotels.com for years.

I stayed on an overnight prior to my trip to Nantucket. I went to shower in the morning and shower didn't work. I was unable to shower prior to engaging on a very important annual event. I do not feel I should pay for a hotel that I could not take a shower.
