Plenty of privacy for all with bedrooms on three levels and a nice kitchen! No front desk check-ins (access code provided to entry door), no sharing of hallways, no noise, just comfort and privacy! The condo is on a really nice property on Lewis Bay and next door to the amazing Kalmus Beach.

Property Description:
Unwind in Hyannis at this spacious 1600 sq foot condo! The condo offers a more private experience as an end unit. Enjoy the beautiful wood flooring throughout, with gorgeous open floorplan views of multiple levels and a skylight for a bright, vibrant environment. The property includes a gazebo, beautiful landscaping, seasonal outdoor pool (JUNE THROUGH AUGUST ONLY) and a private condo beach. You are also steps away from Kalmus Beach, one of the Cape's best beaches! Enjoy an amazing kitchen with seating for 8, full appliances, utensils, cook/bakeware and a large open dining area for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

Most of the supplies needed for your stay are provided including towels, linens, beach towels. paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, bags of Dunkin coffee and Dunkin Kcups, coffee creamers (dry), sweeteners and filters.

Three levels of bedrooms offers privacy during your stay. The lower level bedroom has 2 full beds plus a trundle bed (3 total) and sliding door access to the lower deck. A dedicated bathroom with shower and full laundry is located just outside the bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. tons of closet/dresser space, office space with desk and chair, and an on-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The upper bedroom has two full size beds plus a trundle bed (3 beds total) and an on-suite bathroom with shower. You'll find the upper deck on this level with serene water and nature views.

The condo is perfect for a family, friends or couple's getaway. Two decks to enjoy sunrise, sunset and all times in between. The upper deck has views of the bay and the ocean. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, AC/heat (additional provided box fans), cable tv, smart tv's to log into your favorite streaming services and a washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. You'll enjoy this condo as a comfortable place to stay, a virtual home away from home, and a great central cape location to additional beaches, shopping, amazing restaurants and adventures.

Located close to downtown Hyannis it is convenient to shopping and dining adventures. Nearby you'll find Kennedy Memorial Park and the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Kalmus beach is a very short walk if you want to wander/adventure from the private condo beach. The Black Cat restaurant, deep sea fishing excursions, goofy golf, Cape Cod League baseball park all are just a couple of minutes from the condo. We'd love to be your getaway in the off-season as well! Ask about great off-season rates as we'd love to keep our home filled with happiness, laughter and joy all year round! Inquire about off-season special rates/options as an alternative to a hotel stay. We offer full-service supplies/accommodations but still give you the daily privacy of your own space. Any offer considered for off-season stays. October through May.

Pool is open daily July and August. Open on weekends in June. Closed after Labor Day.

UNIT IS RENTED SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE SEASON, MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.

Off-season rentals can be booked any day of the week.

$250 cleaning fee includes fully stocked towels and bedding.
