It has also Utility area with washing machine in it to be used by Guests.

The Premises is in close proximity to Metro station, Shopping Malls,Popular Religious places,Restaurants,Municipal Park within walkable distance,Petrol Bunk,Super Markets etc.
You are allowed to enter only the 2nd Floor to your flat itself and not to any to other floors including (G,1st,3rd or4th) Floor and Open terrace.
