This villa has been modernized and has just been rented out on Abritel.


Located to the west of the island of Ibiza, The Residence has a beautiful sea view over the bay of Cala Bassa (which can be admired from the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace, the garden or the the swimming pool).


Located in a very green environment and in a private cul-de-sac, this villa is very quiet.


The villa is fully functional and very pleasant to live in with its large living room, its large suites, its spacious exteriors made up of several places where everyone can choose to relax in the sun or in the shade.

The pool can be heated (optional, see price below).

8 people can sleep at La Résidence with its 4 suites of 24 m2 each with their own bathroom, toilet, TV and air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. And two other bedrooms upstairs which each have two very large terraces.
Between these two bedrooms, you will enjoy a terrace for an aperitif while enjoying the view over the bay of Cala Bassa and the magnificent Cape Nono with glowing colors at the end of the day.


The kitchen is large and very well equipped.
The huge living room of around sixty square meters, from which you can enjoy the sea view, has, throughout, bay windows that open onto a large terrace with its outdoor living room and its sheltered dining table. from the sun.
A baby foot is at your disposal in the living room.



From the living room, you access the swimming pool where you can admire the sea lying on the deckchairs or in the shade under a large hut with its two real beds to relax.
You can eat on this terrace with its large table facing the sea and enjoy a large barbecue. There is also a large garden with a pétanque court.

The swimming pool can be heated (optional, see prices for months where the swimming pool can be heated). SECURE POOL FOR CHILDREN WITH AN ALARM

Originality of the villa, you enter through a patio which gives access to the living room or to go upstairs.

The villa is located in Cala Bassa, in a protected area.
It has the advantage of being able to reach, in 15 minutes on foot, by a footpath through the pine forest, to Cala Bassa beach, where the popular CBBC restaurant is located.
You can also walk in 20 minutes to one of the beaches ranked among the 10 most beautiful on the island, especially for its magnificent sunsets over the sea, the beach of Cala Comte, with its restaurant renowned for its aperitifs, Sunset Ashram.

FROM NOVEMBER TO APRIL, A MANUAL COVER FOR THE POOL IS AVAILABLE. TENANTS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CLOSE IT EVERY EVENING TO KEEP THE POOL HEAT


PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE VILLA. IN CASE OF NON-RESPECT, THE TENANT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EXPELLED WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A CHEF COME TO YOUR HOME BUT IT MUST BE ONE OF THE CHEFS GIVEN BY THE VILLA. ASK US FOR THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION. IT IS ADVISED TO BOOK ENOUGH IN ADVANCE AS THE HOME CHEFS ARE QUICKLY SOLD OUT IN IBIZA.
