Can Las Palmas is a gorgeous property located between Porroig and Es Cubells, south west of Ibiza town, conveniently positioned at only 5 minutes from the pristine beaches of Es Torrent, Cala Xarcu, Cala Jondal, 8 minutes from San José village and 15 minutes from the airport.
This amazing villa is immersed in the greenery and from here you will enjoy astonishing views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea with Formentera in the distance.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Can Las Palmas is 600 m2 large, enclosed in a 10,000m2 plot rich of fruit trees, such as apricots, peaches, figs, almonds, granada fruit and a small vegetable garden.
The villa features white painted walls and very bright interiors, it has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 12 people.
Inside the villa features touches of classical Ibizencan architecture, it has a heating system and a chimney for cooler seasons, internal (and external) Bose and Sonos Music System with iPod connection and access to WIFI is throughout the property.
There is a library with books in at least 4 or 5 different languages for all kind of interests catering for adults and children, a DVD collection of classic, action and children's movies and games and puzzles for everyone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all useful appliances including a juicer, Nespresso machine, professional French fry cutter, 2 Gaggenau ovens (one extra-large and one regular size for pastries), Miele dishwasher, microwave, yoghurt maker and boasts a sea view with access to the garden.
The indoor dining area easily seats 8 people and opens out onto the spacious terrace.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, an extra fridge and ironing area.
On the main floor we find 1 master bedroom with sea view, 1 king size bed (180 x 200cm), private terrace, separate walk in closet, huge en-suite bathroom with sea view, bathtub and separate shower, 2 sinks, separate WC and bidet, safe, air conditioning.
There is also a children's bedroom with garden view, bunk beds, private terrace, separated walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, separate WC and bidet, air conditioning.
On the lower level we find another master bedroom with garden and pool view, 1 king size bed (180 x 200 cm), built-in closets, en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink, separate WC, safe, outside terrace, direct access to garden, air conditioning.
A fourth bedroom with garden view, 2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together as a 180 x 200 cm bed, built-in closet, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower.
A fifth bedroom with garden view, king size bed (180 x 200 cm), built-in closets, en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC, air conditioning, direct access to the garden.
Finally, the sixth bedroom that has garden view, 2 beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined together as a 180 x 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC, air conditioning, built-in closet.
Outside there are 3 separate dining areas, plenty of terraces to lounge and relax, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in fryer and griddle, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker.
The oversized terrace has amazing views and it can be covered with an electric sunshade. The outdoor dining area seats 12 people, extra tables and benches are available for up to around 40 people.
The pool is divided into three sections: children's pool, Jacuzzi and main pool. The size of the main pool is 10 x 6 m2 and the Jacuzzi is in the corner of the children's pool boasting a solar heat system.
Around the pool there are 12 sun loungers and 3 parasols; in between the pool house and the pool kitchen there is a huge lounge area with 2 double sun loungers. The pool house consists of a dressing room and separate WC.
Can Las Palmas has also a large children's playground with 2 wooden play houses, swings, toboggans, pirates and dragons playing zone, hang around area, trampoline, table tennis, petanque and oversize outside checkers, where the entire family can have fun together and it can be considered as the perfect retreat for families and friends.
