Villa Gold is a luxury 450 m2 property located in the countryside in a 25.000 m2 fenced plot and it offers absolute privacy and tranquility.
This modern property is 3 km form San Rafael, 4 km from Santa Gertrudis and 10 km from the city of Ibiza.
It is also close to all the beaches of the south coast such as Es Cavallet, Las Salinas, Yundal, while convenient store, coffee shop and other services are just 2 miles away.

The villa develops on two levels, it has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

On the ground floor we find a huge living dining area with fireplace, Sat TV with international channels, DVD, Hi-Fi, air conditioning; a large fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, washing machine, 2 dishwashers, tumble dryer.
The kitchen opens to the living room with access to the terrace and garden.

On this level there is also a large suite, with bathroom with large tub, shower, TV and air conditioning and a guest toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with double beds, TV with international channels, air conditioning and each of them has en suite bathroom with shower.

At the garden level there are two further double bedrooms with queen size beds and they both have en suite bathroom with shower, TV with international channels and air conditioning.

Outside we find the large private pool of 12 x 5 m (heated at 30ºC until the end of June and from September 15), pool protection for children is also available (upon request); an outdoor covered living-dining area with double fridge, dishwasher, electric hob and gas barbecue and the pool toilet.

Villa Gold is provided with all mod cons and it is ideal for those people looking for a tranquil retreat, being however not far from all the main attractions of Ibiza.

Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Rental rules:
Electricity, gas, water, pool and garden maintenance, 5 times 4 hours of cleaning per week in July and August (not on Sundays) and the rest of the season, 2 times 4 hours. Weekly change of linen, change of towels 2 times per week included in the rental price.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30.
Final cleaning: € 400 to pay upon arrival
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check in: From 15:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, after 8:00 pm € 100).
