Villa Dalt S'Era - Free week from July 13 to 20

Traditional Ibicencan house, modern and tastefully decorated, located near the village of Santa Gertrudis on a plot of 15,000 m2. A 500-meter road separates the road from the beautiful villa with beautiful mountain views.

The house consists of a single floor, offering comfort and well-being:

Entering, we find a bright living-dining room, having a small interior garden, satellite-TV, DVD and fireplace;

- Large kitchen, separated from the living room with a sliding door, fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.). The washing machine is in a separate room, with exit to the parking.

-1 double bedroom (1.80 x 2 m) with bathroom with shower en-suite, television, playstation

- 1 large bathroom with shower and 2 sinks

-1 Double bedroom with trundle bed (90 x 2 m) separated from another single bedroom with a sliding door

The house has Wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, audio system, newly built barbecue.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Wij, een vriendinnengroep van 5, hebben t heerlijk gehad! Echt een fantastisch huis, lekker centraal gelegen op Ibiza, een heerlijk zwembad, vele terrasjes en een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt! Zeker een aanrader. Het enige was dat we het moeilijk konden vinden, maar Monica was zeer communicatief en heeft ons er goed naar toe geleid.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, ideal auch mit Kindern

Sehr einladendes, gepflegtes Haus, großzĂŒgig und durchdacht ausgestattet, mit viel Platz und reichlich RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten. Ideal auch mit Kindern, u.a. sind Fußballtore und Tischtennis vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden gerne wieder mal dort wohnen.

Paradise is just a short plane ride away!

Just returned from a 4 day stay at this wonderful villa. It was a much needed break for 5 shattered working mums as we attended a wedding of a mutual friend. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay... The villa was stylish and immaculate, with plenty of room to be social, as well as hide away and rest, while surrounded by stunning scenery and the sound of birds singing happily. The facilities here are fantastic, the outside areas in particular where luxurious and the saltwater pool was very hard to say goodbye to! Despite being on a girls weekend away, we all agreed we would love to bring our families back here one day as there was lots of space for little ones to play safely and wide steps in the shallow end of the pool for smaller children to splash about. Monica, our host, was there to greet us on arrival and departure, and we found her so friendly and helpful, even offering us a late check out time as she knew our flights home were late. We would highly recommend this popular villa, great for peace and quiet and only a 10 minute drive from the more lively parts of the island. Best holiday I've had in a long time.

The best Ibizan villa!

Just perfect for our girls holiday. The villa was fabulous, very clean and in perfect condition with a large kitchen and BBQ area for cooking big lunches and dinners. Monica and Lucas were extremely helpful with any questions we had and kindly met us at the villa when we arrived late at night. The pool and outdoor space was great, with lovely views. Great location for all the places we wanted to visit in Ibiza. The villa was exactly what we were looking for - we hope to visit again!

The Villa was gorgeous and perfect for my husband, 13 year old daughter, and myeslf.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is very private and has been designed to an extremely high standard. The outdoor area is beautiful and we particularly loved the wood/charcoal burning bbq next to the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and present if needed. We loved the short drive to a lovely little town, where there is great shopping and good restaurants. I would highly recommend Villa Dalt S'Era and will definitely be returning some day soon.
