We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back. We stayed in Cabin 10 and it was perfect size for a family of 4. We liked that we could walk everywhere in town and the staff at check in were super nice and had great recommendations for food. Super clean, had all cooking and utensils, fridge and stove and so nice to have a fire every night in the fireplace. Really enjoyed our time and so reasonably priced.

We stayed while the snow was falling. We found the Idyllwild Inn to be very charming and cozy! Having our own cabin was a lovely experience. The kitchen was stocked with any dishes and supplies we needed and enjoyed getting to have a fire in our fireplace.

Frustrated and cold

Heater didn’t work. Would have had to go down a dark road all the way to the office to get the number for the repairman. Good thing I brought my heated blanket because it was so cold! Input on tv wouldn’t change so we couldn’t watch a DVD. Town shuts down at 7pm so it would have been nice to watch some movies. Same thing with getting some help after 8pm. The information binder just says to go to the office and get the number off the door. Not much help when it’s dark, cold and far from the office. Other than that it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Heidi, So sorry that you did not have a good stay, We actually have a number in the binder in your room for 24 hour service and instructions on how to use the TV, We have checked your tv and it changed and work as it should, sorry to hear that it didn't work for you, We would have loved to have heard from during your stay. As you see from our numerous other reviews we are always here to help.
