La verdad me sorprendió, la habitación que me asignaron muy amplia, limpia y tenía muy buena temperatura gracias al aire acondicionado. También está aromatizada pero sin enfadar. Lo único que no me agrado es que no tiene elevador.

La habitación es muy amplia y limpia, el personal muy amable en todo momento, los alimentos de la cafetería muy ricos y bonita presentación, solo deberían mejorar su alcance del Internet ya que son muchos usuarios en su gimnasio y se Alenta demasiado provocando que se desconecten las habitaciones y también deberían avisar a los huéspedes que el gimnasio es para público general y que comienzan las clases muy temprano con música alta

Todo muy bien!! Excepto que no tiene elevador!! Y hay que subir unas 20 escaleras para el primer piso. Pero el hotel muy bonito! Habitaciones también bonitas!!!

El personal de la cafetería les falta que sean más atentos y cordiales con los huéspedes.Pueden dar una buena bienvenida al saludar cuando ingresa uno por su desayuno y ser más amables en lo que y preparan los alimentos y bebidas.Les falta a las habitaciones percheros o pequeños closets para poder colgar ropa.A los baños les falta coladeras del lado de la taza y el lavabo se hace mucho reguero cuando se baña uno.A las albercas les falta iluminación y el agua se ve turbia no está trasparentes y cristalina como aparecen en las fotos de su página en indeternet.Da mal aspecto que cuelguen las toallas de baño y las toallas de manos del Gym colgadas en el área de la albercas,parece azotea de vencindad.Por lo demás muy bien servicio y el desayuno está delicioso.

Reservé 2 habitaciones y al llegar solo tenían registrada 1. Decía que no se aceptaban mascotas y en la habitación de a lado había un perro ladrando. Los enchufes a lado de la cama no funcionaban. No cuenta con elevador.
