Located on Île-d’Aix, this fully renovated 100 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests in the heart of the village. You have 3 bedrooms with 135x190 cm beds and 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and separate toilet, and another ensuite in the garden bedroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen features a 3-burner ceramic hob with extractor, oven, fridge with 3-drawer freezer, coffee maker, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and tableware. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, and high chair.



Enjoy your private enclosed garden and covered terrace—a rare feature in the village. You can also cook outdoors with the gas plancha.



Pets are allowed, provided they do not go on beds or the sofa. Parties are not permitted. The house must be left clean, or a cleaning fee will apply. Please note that the island is car-free, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.
