On an island at the water's edge

The house is located on an island 50 m from the beach, the place is very quiet. We are inside the Natural Park of the Saloum Islands (UNESCO World Heritage Site). We have 5 simple but comfortable rooms, with dirty private wc. A room and a terrace serve as a common area for meals and meetings, meals are prepared by a woman from the village who makes a living from this small work. The house is surrounded by a garden with some vegetables and fruit trees or frolic many birds. The garden is fenced which allows to have children or pets safe. There are many strolls and fishing trips to do in the park area. The village is 2 km away, the inhabitants are Serer Niominkas, they live mainly fishing.
