The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lovely views. There is no lift.
Bedroom one with double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe and drawer set. Bedroom two has twin beds with central bedside cabinet, wardrobe and two drawer sets. Each bedroom has a hair dryer.

One fitted bathroom with integral bath and shower, toilet, basin, bathroom cabinet & shelf. Shower gel and hand wash are provided.

Electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/icebox, toaster, kettle and slow cooker. Well equipped with crockery/equipment 'for eight' & basic condiments. Cleaning cloths & liquids provided.

The lounge has 2 sofas, a nest of 3 tables, a free-view tv, DVD player with lamps to give 'mood lighting'!

The dining area has a table with 4 chairs & a sideboard offers some additional storage.

All linen & towels are provided within the apartment. Please provide your own beach towels. Access to washing machines on floor 2. Wash cost ÂŁ4 Drying ÂŁ2.
Apartment has an iron, ironing board & drying rack if needed.

The kitchen area is well equipped & has a dishwasher.
Access to the balcony is from the lounge.
The balcony has table & seats to relax with a drink or snack while enjoying the views of sea & promenade and watching passers by.
Short walks to the town or historical harbour with quaint shops, bars and restaurants including the famous Damien Hirst's 'No 11 Restaurant'!
Below the apartments is the very popular 'Giovanni & Luca Italian Restaurant' with sensible prices & lovely atmosphere. Don't miss it!
Opposite the apartments is a 'Crazy Golf' feature for you to play or just watch the fun! Talk a short walk to the harbour for a trip to Lundy Island, deep sea fishing or watch the comings & goings, with an ice cream or fish & chips!
The other direction is the Landmark Theatre and beyond, beautiful gardens, cliff walk & famous Tunnel Beaches.
Close to beaches and only 20 mins drive from surfing heaven in Woolacombe & Croyde. There is also golf & horse-riding nearby and the Tarka Trail for more energetic walking & cycling.
There is no dedicated parking but car parks are close & permits can be obtained through the Tourist Information.

Bookings are now flexible to include short breaks of 3 nights minimum.
Arrival time is usually between 3pm & 5pm and departure is 10:00am although this may be flexible when discussed with our Housekeeper.

Notes on prices:
Prices from ÂŁ60 to ÂŁ90 per night depending on the time of year.
Christmas & New Year ÂŁ90 per night.

Lovely apartment with an amazing view. There was milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits were a nice touch.Communication from the host was excellent. We purchased a 4 day parking permit, the car parks included were a 10-15 minute walk away which was fine for us but may not be suitable for some.I would definately recommend a stay here

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Rock apartment. Communication with Loretta was smooth, and check-in was easy. The apartment is located on the top floor, which offers a stunning view, but the downside is that you have to climb quite a few stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us.We did find the apartment a bit cramped for four people, especially in the kitchen. This might be improved slightly by swapping the cabinet and the table. The beds were comfortable.One downside was the many seagulls starting to scream as early as 4:30 AM. At 7:00 AM, the nearby restaurants began their noisy cleaning routines. Also, it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned under the beds for quite some time—we found a German board game and lots of candy wrappers there.

Very comfortable apartment, with balcony that gets the afternoon sun and with views towards the sea. Apartment well equipped and included some helpful basics.Only negatives are that there are 50 steps up to the 3rd floor, and the long stay car park is up a steep hill.

The property was lovely and the view from the balcony was spectacular
however the amount of stairs up to the property almost saw us off
but the location was perfect for us
not too far away from the harbour and shops and the various restaurants but not too close either and the local transport was practically on the doorstep
the only things that let the property down were the table in the kitchen/dinning area needs replacing as it’s quite rickety and the fact there’s nowhere to park close to the property over night
we had to park in a street behind the Lidl which is about a 15/20 minute walk away
overall we did enjoy our stay

Searocks apartment in february

Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. (Only an issue one day after a day of hiking hill and dales)We found the apartment was very clean and well equipped.We loved that we could sit and watch the waves crashing from the warmth of the sofa. Location was greatWe did have an issue with water temperature but after emailing host she called directly and instructed me which switch I needed to switch on and having done that had no more issues.The only other problem we encountered was the lack of markings on the cooker which made it difficult to determine temps. If not for these 2 minor glitches we would have given 5 stars across the board.A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Great place

It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.
