Enjoy an exceptional 360° panoramic view, stretching from the Mediterranean (Le Barcarès, Canet-Plage, Collioure) to the Pyrenees (Mont Canigou, Cerdagne, Andorra, Spanish border). The central location makes it easy for you to explore both the sea and the mountains. Spain is just 30 minutes away, Barcelona 2 hours, and Perpignan 15 minutes. Over 50 major tourist sites are nearby, including UNESCO-listed attractions. The property sits above the famous Orgues d’Ille-sur-Têt.
Ground floor (a few steps): large living room with TV area, fireplace (insert), fully equipped kitchen, WC, air conditioning, laundry room, all opening onto the solarium.
