Haus Gutschi with mountain views, large garden and Wi-Fi
Haus Gutschi is located in the centre of the municipality of Imst and offers views of the Alps all around. Built in the 1970s, the timeless detached house has been converted into accommodation that can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The two-storey holiday home is characterised by its open-plan design and a 1000sqm2 garden. In addition to a dining room, there is a living room for cosy get-togethers, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the balcony you can see the Tschirgant. There are also two covered terraces and a gas barbecue.
The equipment also includes high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with its own workstation for home office, a Smart TV as well as numerous books for every taste, children's books and some toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
There are two parking spaces on the property, as well as a garage parking space. The accommodation has a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a ski depot.
There is a family-friendly swimming pool in the immediate vicinity (but out of earshot). Numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance. The traditional bakery ‘Emil Bäck’ can be reached just as quickly by car as on foot.
Away from overtourism, the local mountain Muttekopf, the Plattein and the Tschirgant are ideal for longer mountain tours. Hoch-Imst offers many opportunities to enjoy nature in the mountains in both summer and winter. The Pitztal, Ötztal and Area47 are also easily accessible by car or public transport.
Please note that bookings for stays between May and August may be subject to minor noise from a construction site in the neighbourhood.
