Interior Description

The interior of the villa is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning — the perfect space to relax with family or friends. A comfortable sofa invites you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

The modern induction kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, making meal preparation a pleasure. Also on this floor is the first bedroom, featuring two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms opens onto a furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the upper floor.

For families, a cot and high chair are available upon request. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ensuring a comfortable and practical stay.
