No need to drive - the beach is across the road & the General Store & bottle shop a few paces away! The house is directly opposite the sought after Half Moon Bay & PS Ozone - you can’t get much closer than this! Enjoy a bbq on the balcony while you take in the breathtaking views of Port Philip Bay & the Melbourne city skyline. The popular towns of St Leonards & Portarlington are a short drive or there’s a bus stop right out the front.

The space
The view & location is key with this property. Just cross the road and you are at the beach at the location of the Ozone shipwreck. The house is old & simple, but comfortable. Upstairs you will find a full kitchen, dining & living area, 3 bedrooms & a bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed & a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (lower double & upper single) & the third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs are 2 large spaces. One space has a queen bed, bunk bed with a double lower bunk & single upper bed bunk, a lounge & TV. Just off this space you will find a laundry with a shower & a seperate toilet. The second downstairs space is a games area. The balcony upstairs is where you will want to spend your time! There is a bbq and a pit boss smoker bbq on the balcony. Most importantly, you can enjoy magnificent views of the bay & the Melbourne city skyline on a clear day! There’s also a large enclosed backyard for kids & dogs alike. There’s a large lock up garage with a high roller door to keep your boat or car secure. There’s also space for another 2-3 cars off-street in the front & rear yards.
