4 BEDROOM HOUSE JUST A WALK TO THE BEACH!

Get ready for a relaxing beach vacation getaway. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 30 second car ride with direct beach access and free parking. We have several beach equipment and toys to use during your visit. This 1,800 sq ft house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with tile throughout. It has a large two car garage with a driveway and on-street parking. We have new LED smart TV's with NETFLIX subscriptions for hundreds of free movies! Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks.

Indian Harbour Beach is a fun and friendly, relaxed and safe beach-side island community on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. Located between Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and Melbourne Beach/Sebastian Inlet, our warm-water beaches are great for sunrise walks and relaxing days and some of the best surfing, boating, and surf-fishing on the East Coast of the U.S.

The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddle board, boat, fish, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, wading birds, etc.

Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Be sure and try Papagallos and Longdoggers, each only a 5-10 minute drive. A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars. There is so much to do here with the beach, water sports, fishing, Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, piers, golf-courses, and Disney/Orlando Parks all nearby.

The house is great size for grandparents, parents, and kids! It had everything you needed to cook, relax, or a trip to the beach! We would definitely come back to this place for the convenience to beach, restaurants or stores. Especially close to Starbucks

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised if not better. The house is spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. It is close to anything you’d need and the neighborhood was fantastic, very quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again in the future. The owners were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier. Great memories were made and I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect beach house

This house has everything you need to come from out of town and enjoy the space and the beach! It’s spacious, clean, had towels/ linens and even beach towels, toys, chairs, etc. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch to have a cocktail! Owner was very friendly and responsive. Perfect for a family with little ones. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful week!

My partner and I are seniors
77 and 84. This bungalow was all we hoped for. It was quiet, close enough to walk to beach and close to good eats also. We had great weather and enjoyed the screened in porch. This was the first time we traveled together and if we have the energy, we will come back.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was very nice to have the essentials at the house that we didn’t need to bring. Nice and quiet neighborhood with people biking daily. Would definitely stay again if coming to the area.

Perfect home for a longer getaway

Check in was easy, the kitchen well stocked, bedrooms quiet and comfy. Steven was quick to respond to a hiccup with the TV. The walk to the beach was an easy 1/4 mile with a signaled crosswalk. Our month in Indian Harbour was a warm and restful escape from the ice and snow.

We stayed one night while waiting for cruise. House is clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies to make whatever you need in the kitchen. About 5-10 min walk to beach access. Stores and restaurants close driving distance.

Short stay but like home

We loved the spaciousness of the property and the Christmas decor! We weren’t warned about the work being done and strange man out front until I went outside to get something from the vehicle. The garage smelled very strongly of gas so we avoided using kitchen appliances and laundry amenities. It was a short stay so it wasn’t a big deal.
