When I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room. The desk attendant told me that there were only two accessible rooms in the hotel, and both were occupied. I asked for a room close to an entry door. When I got to the room, we found that this room was an accessible room. In the room, the shutters would not stay open. The sliding glass door to the patio was sealed shut and could not be opened. The TV remote is a challenge to operate. There is no handicap parking close to the hotel guest rooms. There are about 6 handicap spaces located at the furthest northwest parking lot completely away from the guestrooms. Not conducive for guests with special needs. The bathroom doors squeak so loud that it wakes everyone up. Last but not least, they surprise you with a $25.00 per night parking fee for inadequate parking.

The price was good. The hotel is very old in my room. It also had a bad odor in the room. Paint dropping all over the floor. Sliding door was stuck all the time with lots of old Paint.

Nice view and pictures, tv is outdated and the chairs in our room didn’t look appeasing to sit on. I think leather chairs would be better. The brown and tan design makes the chair look offputting

I bought some cocktails and the bartender was very nice! My last day I was sunning by the pool and had a conversation with the Maintenance Supervisor Eddie. This man was so friendly and welcoming!! I would go back just to see him again!

I absolutely love coming to this hotel the nostalgia of seeing the photos of the old movie stars is refreshing. I enjoy seeing the live entertainment, the singers and with the dinner.. it’s comfortable. The only negative thing how was the dinning area is so close to the the pool entrance , and people come in with loud voices, flip flops and messes with the dinning vibe unless you pay for. $10 dining area fee to be close to the stage . The other thing was the amount of weed smoking in the pool area . It seems unfair that a public area has no regulation . This is the best price for a comfortable and nostalgic hotel . This is going to always be my go to stay .

If you like a soft bed, this is the place to go. I felt the beds are old and very very soft and if you have a bad back like myself not a good note sleep .

I enjoyed a pleasant stay with my husband at the hotel, which was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The accommodations, including the beds, were very comfortable. The only aspect to note was that the pool's temperature was very warm and the water had a slightly salty taste.

From the outside, this hotel might pass for a charming old desert resort… but my stay was anything but relaxing. Even on a Friday and Saturday, the place felt eerily empty. The front desk offered the bare minimum a polite hello, directions to my room, and the time of the live music. No warmth, no genuine welcome. The room was clean, fresh bedding, crisp towels, but its location was a disappointment. Directly above the laundry room, where dryers and industrial ventilation roared to life early every morning. My “view” was a row of dumpsters baking in the desert sun. The room shook with constant vibration, and by day two I couldn’t take it anymore. I booked three nights but fled after the second. To make matters worse, the floors creaked like an old ship in a storm, and the guests above me stomped relentlessly from evening until 3 a.m., as if rehearsing for a marching band. The pool? I stayed away after reading reviews about questionable cleanliness and the look of it in person didn’t inspire confidence. Sadly, I only saw those reviews after checking in, lured here by overly generous ratings on Expedia. Parking was another disappointment: $25 a night for an open, ungated lot with zero security. In 115°F heat, there wasn’t a shred of shade, just scorching asphalt and blistering metal. This was not the desert getaway I imagined. Never again…
