Staff was rude. Room was dirty, they never cleaned, or fresh bedding

The first "key" they gave me did not work. The second key they gave me opened the door...to the surprise of the couple who were already in that room. The second room they gave me had a broken shower head that they had wrapped plastic around to hold it to the upright. Had to jerry rig the plastic to be able to use the shower.

Two of three front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast was minimal to none: bread, mini muffins, 2 types of
Cereals, mini yogurt cups. Coffee tasted old the first day, and it was empty the second day (staff had to be asked to make fresh pot, watery down when ready to be served). OJ looked like water and tasted like water. Phone was not working. Safe did not work. Heating system was not functioning adequately. Stranger walked into our room with his door key unannounced, not very safe.

Very dirty hotel. Sign on door as you walked in said non smoking facility as you could smell cigarettes and marijuana! Shower head was not attached to wall. Overall would not recommend this hotel!

It was an emergency stay but it was the staff beyond and above specially the desk assistant, he was an excellent person, he work at night
