Well located, close to restaurants. The hotel is in a good state, with a good fitness room. Good breakfast available : I appreciate it in the morning !

We were charged way too much for this subpar property. Security deposit was $100-$150 and not disclosed until we read the sign at check-in. The hotel was not clean overall. The rooms need a thorough cleaning, the towel rack on the wall was missing, the toilet lid was cracked, and there were paint stains and carvings in the side of the nightstand.

I got a suite, jacuzzi was not cleaned properly, carpet was dirty found wrappers behind bed, no one at front desk in afternoons, have video of it cause my cards did not work to get into my room and needed help, took me 25 if not more to get help. I had to go find help in the second floor were “they,” were in a room just relaxing, while I was calling front desk for over 25min just terrible service…. Don’t even mention attitudes like it’s my fault they have to do their jobs….

Arrived to a lobby that was empty, no staff… a note on desk saying “return in 30 minutes” … I waited 40 minutes… just standing there waiting… I wondered if the place was even open? I understand personnel problems but either you are a hotel or you’re not! Got to a room… dirty floors, holes in wall, stains, no soap… had to return to desk to get soap. Nog a good experience

Smokers outside when we arrived. Our clothing and body sealed of smoke due to this. Room was dirty: food under sofa edge. Carpet gross dirty, table sticker, bathroom floor stained, Tub area stained , felt unsafe to stand, stained. No soap, shampoo. Towels were yellow not white. Never have I had an experience like this in a hotel. Would actually like a credit for this stay.
