The Staff was above and beyond helpful very pleasant. Breakfast was modest eggs sausages biscuits and gravy frozen waffles fresh would have been great. Price pernight stay was very inexpensive compared to other hotels. The only thing the need is little update. Not even enough to mention. Bed was very comfortable room was clean. I was on the third floor and it has a nice lounging area my teen daughter enjoyed for ready before bed. Not a very large hotel and dont let the inexpensive price make you thing is it ran down hotle because its not. Please remember when you read reviews that no matter how well you try to please all your guests some people you just cant please. Thank you to the staff at Baymont in plainfield for being a part of my families wonderful weekend

Hotels.com keeps pestering me to review this place

Sleep good. Comfort good. Service good. Breakfast good. There were some loud folks running around the corridor on our floor and a guy in a car outside yelling at passerbys going inside. I have sensitive hearing and was able to hear some neighbors doing the deed, so that was a plus. Overall decently priced and enjoyed my stay.

We couldnt get much help at the front desk because the girl in white cowboy boots at front counter was on facetime with a family member, the hot tub was broken, (1 of the reasons we picked it), my blow dryer wouldnt work in the morning and had to wait for a replacement, almost making us late for the airport and then as we were Getting ready to leave, there was a couple outside our room window yelling at each other and we had to call the cops. Talk about a ghetto hotel, we wont be back.

This hotel is nothing like the picture show on the Expedia website, almost if they were altered using AI. The lamps in the rooms are broken, ceiling texture and wallpaper is torn, fixtures torn off walls and never replaced. In the rooms, there was hair left on the "clean" beds and unclean stains all over the second sleeping area, which was a pull out couch. It seems as if the owner of the hotel lives there with many generations of his family and their housekeepers are allowed to bring their loud, unruly children to work with them, during business hours? When a complaint was made, the rooms were switched, but the Jacuzzi also had hair in trash in it and the air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep. I paid specifically for early check-in, came after the early check-in time and staff still barged into my room. The hot tub was closed, though it was listed as an amenity. The food on the "buffet" breakfast was all processed, microwaved and cold. Which is unsafe.

It was a nice room. The beds were small. I thought the room was supposed to be two queen beds but these beds were definitely full so it was a tight fit with the kids.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. WiFi was good, free breakfast was consistent and had a few different options each day, and the area was pretty quiet. There were also a few restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. The pool seemed fun but we didn’t get a chance to visit. The staff was awesome.
