The open floor plan is perfect for large parties to gather and make memories. When it’s time to relax, enjoy an electric fireplace and a gigantic bean bag. Freshly renovated with new appliances and smart TV’s for every room. Enjoy gaming on the XBox!

The entrance to the home will take you right into the living room and dinning room. The open floor allow easy access to the kitchen, living room, and dinning room. Enjoy some free coffee with your breakfast. The three bedrooms are located off the main hallway which leads to the backyard and the basement.

Near Broad Ripple. Walking Distance to restaurants.
