This is an old broken hotel. The elevator was out our whole trip. I had recently had knee surgery but was told rudely that I can only have the third floor (top floor). The air conditioner was old and either froze you or wouldn’t kick on. The beds were hard and lumpy. The shower was odd and the tub didn’t plug for baths. There was an old smell that made my nose run the whole time. We ended up leaving before our second night was over. No one cared if we weren’t happy. Avoid this hotel!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were always available. The room we stayed in had the smoke alarm hanging off the wall. The hotel did not replenish any of the items automatically or clean our room even when we requested them to. We stayed 3 nights and needed to ask for more towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper... The elevator broke while we were there. I stepped on an open pocket knife (luckily had shoes on) that the worker left in the middle of the carpet on my way to the pool. Good things: the breakfast, the pool was open, and it was quiet at night. The heat and AC worked. The room was nice.

Tv didn’t work, key cards for the room only work the one time and we went to the front desk and they got us a new one and it still didn’t work so we had housekeeping let us into the room. Very run down. The side door that we used from the parking lot didn’t latch or lock & the glass was shattered, an obvious security hazard. Ceiling tiles in hallway missing and stained. Elevator wasn’t working. Paint bubbling off wall in the room. Bath tub was stained, toilet bowl and seat was stained. I had to free the float in the toilet to get it to flush. Wi-Fi dropped out often. TV signal broke up often. All for just under $300 for one night.
