We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are congenial, helpful, and outgoing. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us. Beautiful view from our room of the Artsgarden. Valet was quick and convenient. The only con would be not being able to go from the parking garage to the hotel. We had to leave the parking garage and go to the entrance to check in.

We loved our view from our room. Ease of getting different places. Highly recommend using the spa

It was fantastic. My wife and I rarely get away from the children by ourselves, so when we do we want to be pampered. We were definitely made to feel like royalty here…. Fabulous. Thank you for the hospitality.

Ok but not worth what I paid
Posted Feb. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was nice and easy walk to fieldhouse. However for the price I paid not sure it was worth it. Had to try two outlets to get phone to charge as one was loose and sparked. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. No fan in bathroom which seemed odd. Coffee in room was very good though. Last call at hotel bar was 10:30 which seems early to me.
